    Happy new year and happy new update! Our resolution is to post more stuff before the world ends. Our scheduled date for first comic release is Dec. 22 2012... Just kidding.

    Today is the day that many of our website neighbors, like Wikipedia and Cheezburger network (among others) are blacking out to protest the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA). We were going to do this, and then we realized WE ARE ALREADY BLACKED OUT, plus minimum content availible! You could say we are a hipster website, because we blacked out before it was cool!

    Site banners have been sketched, and just need to be colored and scanned. Prepare yourselves, new site banner is coming...

    In the last few weeks, we have been planning several site updates (other than regular site cleanup) that will take a while to complete, but will ultimately make this a better site. The first one, already in effect, is the new FAQ tab on the side bar. This section will cover much of the basic information about Blobs and other comic information in general. So far, there are only two questions in the FAQ, but they have long and well thought-out answers so stop complaining. More are on the way. In other news, more Book of Blob info has been added, officially boosting us into PAGE 2. With more B.O.B. info on the way, this site will soon have the most complete records of everything Blob outside of the J-Archives, which is hidden and kept in a safe place under guard by at least seven three-headed dogs and a gerbil 24/7. Oh, and there's a giant cliche rolling boulder to protect it too. Better bring your whip and revolver. ANYWAY, a new site banner is being planned as we speak (or type, whatever), as well as new sketches and maybe some comics as well. Some of these will hopefully be added within the next few days, otherwise, within the month.

    Our newest update has made our site easier to use! Now with a simpler side menu, guests can more easily navigate the site. Also, the "Blogz" section has been renamed "Forums," because it is a forum not a blog, and the old Forums page has been deleted. There is some new Book of Blob information our new update as well. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, NO BANJO SITE BANNER!!!!!!!!!!! Yaaaaaay!!! This is the happiest day the site has seen so far. Hopefully the site will soon have a banner relating to Blob Comics. Next update: more B.O.B. info, new site banner, and more awesomeness!
